Do you have a problem like I do where you just don't get enough water? I think it's suggested to have 8 cups of water a day. Nobody really clarifies how much water that actually equates, too. When I'm being UBER good about drinking water, I'll definitely try to consume about 120 ounces a day. But, normally that doesn't happen. I have found that usually my biggest health set back is how much water I am not getting and how dehydrated I am. I'll tell yah what, tho...watching this video of a guy rapping about water really motivated me to sip on some while being amazed at how great the video is!
